Beyond Work
Every Wag
Every Wag started as a project after seeing there was a need for a pet care app focused on proactive pet care, the ability to manage any species, and encompass all aspects of care, all in one place. The pet care app market is dominated by practice management apps with limited functionality, or locked access, or gamified apps focused on clicks not not care. There was a need for pet owners who are concerned about costs of pet care and if they are doing the right thing for their pet.
Every Wag is a mobile application that has a goal of revolutionizing the way pet care is approached by making pet care stress-free, affordable, and proactive. We want to give pet owners confidence and peace of mind in their pet's care, now and for the future.
Every Wag has now expanded with a connected veterinary professional platform, Care Connect, that enables transparency of care at home and proactive communication rather than retroactive follow-up calls and complications for clinics.

Sharing Agile Practices
As the Program Manager at Web.com, I was active in meetups and sharing information in the industry.
You can check out my recent and past posts. Some articles may be older, but they are concepts I still instill in my teams as a product manager.
Boye & Co Product Management Peer Group
Starting in 2020 I have been part of a product management peer group in Berlin hosted by Boye & Co. I have attended quarterly session as well as presented.
Engineering and product professionals discussed current tech topics, such as AI, and shared their experiences and learninges.
One topic close to me that I presented on was changing the mindset of backend teams to be more customer centric. You can see the blog post here or view the presentation on YouTube.
